- Prioritising required fields to achieve best possible test uploads.
If required fields aren't preventing records from loading we get a true picture of what might be impacting progress.
- Minimising cleansing requirement impact on business, where possible, through agreed data transformations.
- Prior to each test upload we establish what extracts are to be used for this extract transform load (ETL) cycle.
- Test upload analysis to establish and resolve any further issue realisation.
This goes a step further than any mapping / data modelling analysis as we're testing at this stage against the current test environment of the new system and may discover issues around object inter-dependencies.
- Issue management used to raise and follow progress of test problem reports (TPR's).
- Establishment of an agreed reconciliation process to demonstrate quantitative and qualitative accuracy, aiding progress reporting following key uploads, leading to data owner approval.
- Methodical, responsible and trustworthy to ensure progress is maintained and results achieved.
- Stake holder and project meeting participation.
